From what you tell us, with it being a traveling month and cramping throughout, I think that may be the explanation for your cycle being slightly off. Even a two-day period should mean there is no viable pregnancy. The way birth control pills work is twofold: One, they prevent you from ovulating (and you most likely were past that time possibility in this cycle anyway), and two, they prevent the uterine lining from building up to support an embryo should one be formed. My best guess would be to say no, you're not pregnant, your hormones were just a little off from the busy month and the missed pill. If you take your pills this month and have a regular month, no worries. If you take your pills this month but your cycle is again abnormal for you, just put a call in to your doctor's office and mention it to them. All right?
