I’m prepping for a colonoscopy tomorrow & my husband & adult son are yelling at me for adding a coke to the gallon of liquid I’ve been instructed to drink. They’re saying it will dehydrate me! Thanks for putting this myth to rest! I’m going to go grab a ginger ale! The required colonoscopy prep drink, tasted so bad I almost threw up. I need something that tastes good!
