i have had severe abdonminal pain including swollen ovaries, menstrual-like cramping (bad enough to make me want to scream my lungs out!) pain through my hips, lower back knotting up and shooting pains through my groin. have had a laparoscopy plus multiple ultrasounds, CT scans and x-rays for my back. only thing doctors know is bulging discs at L4 and L5 and 10 degree curvature of scoliosis in my spine. don't have endometriosis or fybroids as far as the doctors can tell. this has all happend since i had my first baby at 18 years old. she is now 18 months old and the pain has done nothing but gotten worse. doctors seem to not believe me. the epidural i had in the hospital severlely messed up my back. my spine ALWAYS hurts where the needle was injected. im at my wits end. i need advice from SOMEONE!! my OB dr, the guy who delivered my daughter, wants to put me on Lupron. my insurance has now approved it, but my dr didn't tell me really anything about it. now i know why since i looked it up online, the side effects are almost worse than the pain im in. but, if it will help i want to do it. on the other hand, im already emotional and get depressed easily. im going through a nasty court battle for my baby girl because her dad is very abusive, also my grandmother who raised me my whole life is about to go into the hospital for 3 months for her 3rd heart surgery, might now come out of it, im going through school and a lot of studying to get my GED and this is all happening while im supposed to be trying this new medication Lupron which is going to have horrible side effects on me. i don't know what to do!!!
