Super tampons are larger than regular size tampons. You can use any tampon although, it may be a little uncomfortable but trying would be the best way to find out. I am 33 years old and tried to use a super tampon, but was uncomfortable. I rather (on heavy days) change my regular size tampon more often and use a pantyliner as a backup.
