Watch the growth would be my main thought. You don't want to let it get too big. I took far too long to have it taken care of and it got much bigger (almost the size of a pea by the end). Surgery was not required, but I visited an oral surgeon several time for sclerotherapy. Basically, injections that closed off the veins feeding into it. And yes, I did swell up further during the procedure itself, but it goes down. Now, you would have a hard time telling I had one, esp once I apply lipstick.
