I have a venous lake on my bottom lip (had it for years) that is most of the time flat (although always looks blue on the outside) but once in a while it gets bigger with a 'ball' in it. Does anyone else have flare ups with theirs? Any idea what causes it to flare up? Is there a cancer concern?
