I posted twice anonymously, Oct. 28Th, 2011.. My name is Marilyn. Guess I'll have to join later. I wanted to add that I don't have shoulder problems, though it's painful to lift my arm above my shoulder, both arms, the pain all seems to be located in my deltoid, my PT could actually feel a knot in my left arm and now I can feel that same knot, that hurts a lot, in my right arm. With my right arm, it's been a month since I got my flu shot. I did have xrays of the left arm about a year ago and they didn't find anything wrong. Then like I said in my previous post, doctor sent me to PT..
