SweetpeasNan..I do hope that things improve for you! My shot was September 23, 2009 and I am finally getting to the point where day to day living is not as affected by my arm and the flu shot. It was the FLU SHOT and not the giver of the shot that caused my problem. I did spend almost 10 months in rehab, physical therapy..which greatly helped! I know that you mentioned that you have no health insurance and PT can be expensive..but there are rehabs that will work with you..or perhaps a private therapist. It really made a difference for me.
