I took a cortisone shot about 6 weeks ago because the ortho doc really felt like I needed to give it a chance. I dropped out of Physical Therapy for a few weeks because of work and travel demands. I was making progress since taking the shot, but I reached forward suddenly on Monday and the familiar agonizing painwas RIGHT there to greet me. This is soooooo frustrating. I will see the ortho doc again on the 22nd of June. PT seems to be the only real help that has worked for me. It has been 9 months.
