Reta: I wrote a couple months ago. Going through the same thing. Since my shot, I am unable to go to PT. Can anyone give us some ideas of what excercise helps the arm? My arm is much better now, but still very weak. I force myself to work it and streach it daily, but if there is a certain exercise that would help, I would love to know.
