My sister in Texas has had the same problem since Oct 2011. She can't sleep at night because of the pain and the pain is very progressive and is now into her upper shoulder and neck and down to her finger tips. She went to Walgreens to get the shot. She is in incrediable pain. It's been more than 3 months and the pain is getting worse.
