My name is Elle. Thanks for your reply. I have tried diets, and so many creams suppositories. I am in early menopause and I have started hrt which has actually helped a bit, but not enough. I am in a study now with a doc in nyc, but I still have very little hope this will ever fully resolve. It is so horrible :( Please feel free to email me also.
