Hello Anon
Thank you for writing.
We do not interpret lab or test results for our readers but generally speaking, reflux in the veins is a condition affecting the circulation of blood in the lower body. The small valves that carry blood back up towards the heart no longer work properly, and this makes the blood remain in the legs. The veins of the legs become distended as a result of too much blood being there. This often is the cause of bulging varicose veins. You may need to have these veins repaired. Your doctor can explain your particular situation to you and a treatment plan.
