I'm not sure what you mean by how long does it take for this medication to "resolve"? (If you mean dissolve, it takes about 20-30 minutes).
Paracetamol is a pain reliever and fever reducer but generally treats symptoms, not the cause, so it can help to resolve temporary discomfort. It is used for headaches, muscle aches, fevers and the like. It is not a medication that should be used in high doses as it can cause liver damage.
I'm not sure what your question is exactly, regarding anti-inflammatories and this medication. Paracetamol is not used as an anti-inflammatory. If you are taking it in conjunction with your other medications, follow the instructions carefully.
