Hello Anonymous,
Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for coming to our community for an answer.
Have you noticed a gradual increase in your weight? Is the weight gain only in your upper abdomen? Or have you noticed your torso- upper and lower abdomen has increased in size?
Are you a big eater? Do you exercise regularly? Do you have any other medical conditions?
When was the last time you had a complete physical exam?
As we age, our metabolism slows down and we don't burn off the calories like we once did.
Possibly, if you have noticed an overall weight gain, try consuming less calories and increasing your level of activity.
Regards,
