I have been working out fairly regularly for 6 months now. In the beginning I lost 25lbs quickly. Now i am plateauing. Be careful not to give up hope. The scale isn't going down by my cloths size is... Health is such a big part of it especially when you are depressed. They work together; if you are depressed your body seems to understand and gives up on you and depression is never easy when you look in the mirror and feel worse. The better my health the easier it is getting to look in the mirror! Hopfully the depression will shrink too.

I have started an exercise program with my husband at our local gym but I am still sometimes discouraged because I don't seem to be losing the weight like I think I should be. Sometimes I want to just not go anymore and go back to being lazy! I know it's not the answer. I have so many health problems for someone my age, I am only 30!
