No matter how much I try to eat healthy, I often find myself on a see food diet, meaning I see food and eat it. The best trick I’ve found to keep my gluttonous ways at bay is to ensure I forbid all tempt-worthy food from entering my home.

With that being said, I’ve tried and tested almost every healthy snack in the grocery store. Walk into my kitchen at any given moment and you’ll find one of these five scrumptious, healthy and satiating treats stocked on my shelves.

1. Barney Butter
My favorite recent find, is an all-natural, gluten-free almond butter. It is the most delicious nut butter I’ve ever tried in my life. One bite and you’ll be hooked.

2. Skinny Cow Cookies n’ Cream ice cream sandwiches
While I love almost all of Skinny Cow’s delicious treats, there’s something about its Cookies n’ Cream ice cream sandwiches that is just so satisfying. At only 180 calories with 2 grams of fat, they’re the perfect after dinner treat.

3. Walnut and Date Kind Bars
Kind Bars are the perfect healthy and natural on-the-go snack. My personal favorite is the hearty and sweet Walnut and Date bar with only 170 calories and 3g of fiber.

4. Traditional Medicinals EveryDay Detox Tea
I am a firm believer in the power of tea. Of all my herbal concoctions, this one is my favorite. It promotes healthy liver functioning and helps keep me feeling balanced and clean.

5. Quaker Oats
From steel cut to whole grain, I’ve tried every type of oat on the market. There’s something about the smooth flavor and easiness to prepare that make Quaker Oats a classic staple that I use in much more than just oatmeal.
