Hi, I have two things to say one is I don't know why recently my period comes with delay. I know it's normal what I mean by delay is like today is 28 days for me I should get it anytime soon but when it comes I see spots and I don't know why my whole cycle stays light. Does it mean something bad?
The other matter is I have Celiac Disease and it's been more than a year I'm on gluten free but once in awhile I have gluten I'm wondering is it bad having gluten once in a while can it cause me to have problems? Please let me know soon.
Thanks

Hello again, Melissa. Thank you for posting.

Does eating the gluten make you ill when you do? If so, then you shouldn't eat it. Only you know how it affects you - if you can tolerate it in small amounts or occasionally.

As long as you are having your periods fairly regularly, the fact that they are lighter or slightly delayed is not concerning. Talk to your doctor if you are still worried about your menstrual flow or if you frequently have lighter flows or miss several periods.
