The right side and inside my buttocks is painful and swollen....what do that mean and what can of treatment can i do to make it go away?

The cause of the pain and swelling must be identified before any treatment can be suggested.

Did you recently fall on your buttocks? Do you suffer with hemorrhoids?

Call your primary care physician, who knows you and your medical history. You may need to have this examined. I would.
