I got pregnant twice year 2004 and 2012 and when I got pregnant me and my husband we had organism at the same with both pregnancies since then we never had organism at the same so I believe that we have to organism again at the same time before I can become pregnant again is it possible that I can conceive again without organism at the same time

Most women don't orgasm at the same time as their partner - the mechanics don't often allow it. Some women don't have an orgasm at all with sex and have many children. If you have been trying for over 6 months with no success, talk to your doctor.
