Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Even in the face of stage 2 breast cancer, a mastectomy and chemo is not the only answer, and certainly not always the best. However, if you do not have a mastectomy, is will take more than simply going vegan to beat the cancer.
I highly suggest you start by getting a consultation with a homeopathic and/or holistic doctor. Also consult with an professional herbalist. These doctors are often more effective than traditional western physicians because they are aware that achieving lasting health involves more then simply the biological state of the body. It also involves the health of your mind and soul.
All western doctors will encourage you to have a mastectomy and chemo. But do not feel pressured into it. There are many other doctors who would disagree and their treatments will be just as effective, and perhaps even more so.
