I need an urgent help.

Hello, please I need help urgently.
Since I’m living in a country where female doctor are not much. Since last week, which is almost a 5 days there is a red pimple or I better say bump near my clits, it doesn’t have white head. It’s like a blood gland. It’s very tiny.
It doesn’t hurt much, other symptoms are Same as the anonymous user mentioned above. Please someone tell me what is it? Is it god forbid cancer or what. Please help!!

I’m 22 years old and I Have been in my period while having this bump. It’s on the left side of my clit. Help help help! Please I will be thankful.

What above comments are you referring to? A common cause of white spots on the vulva and skin of the clitoris is a yeast infection. This generally involves reddening and inflammation of the skin, with a white discharge on top. It could also be a pimple or fluid-filled cyst. It might go away on its own. If it doesn't, see a gynecologist. He or she can easily remove it or drain it in the office. The link below might also be of help.
