Can we get pregnant even if we have our period? (thats IF we think its our period)
Just want to know the difference or how would i know if its spotting not a period?? does it always come in the same time as the expected date of period? what would spotting look like?
Because i know women mistakenly think that once they bleed, its menstrual period already. thank you!

My last period was in August and now its December. I've had irregular periods since my 1st menstrual. I been on birth control on and off since April 2012 until July 2012. I stop because a nurse found a lump in my breast and told me to stop taking birth control. It was a cyst, I had it removed and the doctor was very upset because i'm more likely to conceved due to the cyst. I took 4 over the counter pregnancy test and they are all negative. Today 12/6/12 I see blood and my belly hurts but i'm not sure if it's my period. Any comments

My boyfriend withdrew(?) after having unprotected sex. I had just finished my period the day before. I took the morning after pill the next morning. A few days later I experienced spotting for a few days, then what seemed like more of an actual period. Not as heavy as it usually is for me but it was definitely heavier than spotting. But it only last 3-4 days. Then I went back to on and off spotting. I has now stopped in the last couple of days. I was due for my period last Saturday. I don't know when that the 3 days of bleeding was my period or if I am actually now late or I'm pregnant. It seems highly unlikely that I could be pregnant but I don't know when or if I am due for a period. I am really scared. I can't be pregnant

If you "can't" become prego. You shouldn't be having UNprotected sex. or sex in general. That is how unwanted babies come into this world, people who didn't think about what may happen before they had sex. unprotected none of the less. Just saying.

Have you tried asking on a medical advice site? I had this same exact question before too..and was unsure. The advice listed above was great but if you have any future questions, you can use HealthTap to ask doctors about your health conditions. You can read more here http://bit.ly/Pp9GRq . Let us know what your doctor says!

Ok so the first day of my last period was Sept. 27 2012 and the day I was supposed to get my period Oct. 25th all I had was light pink streaks when I wiped it only lasted that day and I still haven't had my period. I've also been extremely tired lately like I can't stay awake for anything. I mean I wake up a couple of times because I just can't get comfortable. I also have been having lower back pains and little pains on the lower and middle parts of my abdomen but nothing really painful and most of the time during the day I don't know whether I want to throw up or poop. But even when I try neither come. I just can't get rid of this nausea feeling but I never throw up. I had some of these feeling before but I wasn't pregnant but this time there are more symptoms. And when I actually get to have a bowel movement which have become rare lately its always diarrhea. Lately I've been having these crying spells for absolutely no reason like I dropped a piece of paper and I cried. And my fiance put his work shirt on the bed and I completely flipped out and then just started crying even though that's where he normally puts it. ot sure if these are pregnancy symptoms. Please help
