How do i know whats normal period symptoms?

Im 41 my period cramps have always been bad. But now they are crippling and the blood clots are huge. I hate going to dr but its gotten so bad i need help.

You many be entering peri-menopause where period symptoms can become more intense and clotting can increase. Since your pain is so severe, it's a good idea to talk to your gynecologist. She can do blood tests to see where your hormonal count is.
