Neuro3x is making lots of claims for boosting your brain power. Sounds too good to be true. Now I'm seeing Tony Robbins advertising on Yahoo as the limitless pill that doubles your IQ. Is this hype or real? What are the side effects for Neuro3x? Does it work for older people?

Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for reaching out to us with your question regarding Neuro3x.

I did some research and this is what I found. The official website for Neuro3x states, " So what makes Neuro3X so effective? We believe it is the superior ingredient combo featuring phosphatidylcholine."

Phosphatidylcholine is a chemical contained in eggs, soybeans, mustard, and sunflower.

The body uses phosphatidylcholine to make a brain chemical called acetylcholine. There is some interest in using it for treating “brain-centered” conditions such as memory loss and Alzheimer’s disease.

Anonymous, my advice to you is save your money and do not buy this product. If you want to boost your memory, eat a healthy diet and include soybeans, eggs and sunflower seeds. Keep your brain active by reading, engaging in conversation, and learn something new each day,

Regards,
Maryann
