Hi! My Anus is itching from somedays.
I need to go to toilet time to time and poop in very less quantity, but I feel like it too much.
I'm smoking and eating spicy foods too much (Is it a result of spicy foods etc? )

Hello FawadOo,

Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear about your problem.

Anal itching indicates an irritation or inflammation.

Anal itching can be caused by irritating chemicals in the foods we eat, such as are found in spices, hot sauces, and peppers. Try eliminate spicy foods from your diet and see if the itching stops.

Anal itching also can be caused by the irritation of continuous moisture in the anus. Fistulas, which are abnormal passageways that develop from the small intestine or colon to the skin surrounding the anus. can form as a result of disease. These fistulas bring irritating fluids to the anal area.

FawadOo, any sudden change in bowel movements and the anal itching need to be evaluated by a gastroenterologist. Please make an appointment soon.

Regards,
Maryann
