Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

You may be entering perimenopause - this is the time before menopause where changes occur in a woman's fertility levels. It can start as early as 35 and may go on for several years. One of the first changes seen is a change in the regularity of periods. This could be the case with you.

We cannot say why you are so nauseous if this is not common during your period - you may have an accompanying illness, coincidentally, or just a severe period that is causing you to feel this way.
Best,
Susan
