Thank you Pat. I'm back on the site for the first time in a few months. I'm now seven months post procedure, and all is still going well. I'm a bit more irregular than I was (in terms of period frequency), but I attribute that to the fact that I just turned 52 and it's probably menopause related! Periods are still every month more or less, and moderate to light, and for that I'm grateful. Last month my hematologist even called to cancel my iron infusion since for the first month my ferritin level was high enough! Again if anyone has any hesitations about this procedure, if your period is really heavy, it can change your life.
