I had the Her Option done exactly 2 years ago. It was uncomfortable..but not the worst thing I've been through. I was 49 at the time and had the procedure done due to heavy periods that lasted 2 weeks. I had the saline ultrasound done where my doctor found I had polps. I have to say I barely had ANY discharge after I had mine done, and my first period was not much at all. Also, about a year later I was feeling really crampy and odd feeling. I went in and my doctor had to go in and create a path inside my uterus for the monthly to come out. She said something about scar tissue but never did really explain much else. Did anyone else out there discover that they did not really have much discharge at all? I actually asked the nurse about it when she called the next day to see how I was doing, she said not everyone gets it. However, from reading most of these posts it seems most do.
