I am a 29 year old woman who has had several health problems - nothing major, but big enough to effect my daily life and quality of life. However, recently I was introduced to Reliv, a complete nutritional supplement, by a friend. I have only been on it for two months, but already my constant headaches are gone, my acid reflux is gone, and my skin has cleared up. Also I went to the doctor for blood work to see how it has affected my thyroid and that has improved and I have lost 20lbs in these last two months!! That is huge for me!

(HealthDay News) - Cramps are a common symptom of a woman's monthly menstrual cycle. Some women can prepare their bodies for their period, which may help reduce cramps.
At least two weeks before the period begins, the University of Maryland Medical Center suggests:
* Eating a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, avoiding junk foods and high-fat foods. Get protein in the form of lean meats, fish and eggs.
* Getting extra omega-3 fatty acids by eating oily fish like salmon and tuna.
* Reducing your salt intake.
* Limiting caffeine, sugar and alcohol.

This book is incredible. It breaks PMS down into simple steps of understanding and recognizing the symptoms. Then, it goes further to help women manage their PMS. It provides a humorous approach that does not talk over your head or make fun of the PMS. Just a real approach to what you can do to stop suffering and take control. It really is an owners manual!
