I can already tell that my moods are changing, and it's not a coincidence that the days are getting shorter and the summer's bright sunlight is often giving way to gray or cloudy skies.
I also have the constant urge to turn on every light in the house and leave them on all day, despite the fact that it's not at all environmentally conscious -- or helpful to the electric bill!

Psychotherapy is used in online counseling a single individual, a couple, a marriage, or even a family. It is where the online therapist, or the online counselor, will help the patient(s) improve their mental health through various different techniques, such as conversation, artwork, drama, or therapeutic touch. It is probably one of the older forms of therapy as it appeared to have started in the early 1800s, though it is believed it may have already started in the Middle East many centuries earlier than this.

I have recently lost a good friend due to prescription drug abuse. She was age 40, she stood 5 foot 10 and weighed 70 pounds. Yes, I said 70 pounds. Her drug of choice was pain medication. She hardly ate and drank beer with her pills.
In 2006, 16.2 million Americans age 12 and older had taken a prescription pain reliever, tranquilizer, stimulant, or sedative for nonmedical purposes at least once in the year prior to being surveyed according to www.drugabuse.org.

I have trained dozens of women to term (including my wife twice) and have written articles for My Phoenix Pregnancy as well as 3 T.V.'s website.
