My body is a geothermal generator all its own, often at the most alarming times (like in the middle of a meeting). Plus, it's hard enough suffering from chronic insomnia without menopause contributing to sleeplessness.
Thank you for posting all this very interesting information on hot flashes. I just wish I could predict when one is coming on so that I could prepare or work around the momentary lapses of lucidity that accompanies them, haha!
