The National Institutes of Health is seeking patients with rare diseases — and if you qualify, you may receive free care at the government's top research hospital as scientists study why you’re sick.
Only about 100 patients will be involved in the studies that launched Monday.
The program doesn't necessarily promise a diagnosis, but does give you a chance to be reevaluated by a team of renowned specialists.
