I am a 29 year old woman who has had several health problems - nothing major, but big enough to effect my daily life and quality of life. However, recently I was introduced to Reliv, a complete nutritional supplement, by a friend. I have only been on it for two months, but already my constant headaches are gone, my acid reflux is gone, and my skin has cleared up. Also I went to the doctor for blood work to see how it has affected my thyroid and that has improved and I have lost 20lbs in these last two months!! That is huge for me!
I never thought a supplement would help because I do workout and eat healthy whole, natural foods. But when I started researching and learning more about how the body works, I realized my body was deprived of vitamins and minerals. Our food today lacks a lot of nutrients because our soil is depleted of the nutrients it needs to supply the food grown and the food is pulled before it fully ripens. So even though I eat healthy, I am still not getting the nutrition my body needs. And our bodies need those nutrients to allow the body to do what it was designed to do - heal itself!
I feel so blessed to have these nutritional supplements in my life that I now sell them and teach others about them and nutrition in general. I have even got my dad, Mr. Skeptic, on these products and they are getting his diabetes under control. I love Reliv!!!!

Thank you for sharing your resources and congratulations on your weight loss. I am interested in knowing more. Can you share more about the differences your doctor noticed in your blood work? What type of thyroid issues were your having? Is your doctor supportive of your use of this product?
