I doubt women in their 60's are uninterested; it may be that they just put a different value on it than they did in their younger years.

Frankly, I'm darned tired of seeing so much discussion about sex; our society is overwhelmingly consumed by it. It's supposed to be natural, enjoyable and private - emphasis on private. Want to discuss it? How about doing that with your partner, doctor or therapist.

that discussion about sex should only be with a doctor, therapist or partner!

While I will never go into details about my private life, I think sex forums are good, healthy ways for people to talk about problems, tips or just general chit-chat. Forums are often a great way for people to realize they are not alone in certain areas.

Some people have no problems going into detail and some people have no problem hearing all about it!

I'm not one of those but I think if we can talk about our hearts, our heads, lungs and livers, then for some, open talk about sexuality is a good thing. It doesn't have to be crass or detailed.
