I saw this story reported on 60 Minutes about 2 months ago and I was so upset I started to cry. I then got very angry wondering how we can be in Irag fighting for democracy? and allowing this type of brutality to go on in Congo. I felt so helpless as I'm sure many of the victims in Congo feel. I also found myself wondering how we could help. If just does not feel right to sit back and do nothing.

This story is deplorable and you're fight Alysia, in comparison, we have it made. In addition to learning more, there seems to be a way to help through and organization called Run For Congo Women. For you runners out there, here's a way to help.
