My doctor recommended physical therapy for this problem along with a perscription cream (Amitriptyline 2% Baclofen 2% PLO). It's not a cream that you buy off the shelf, it has to be made up by a pharmacist.
I've tried so many other things ... the ring, estrogen cream, lydacaine, a pill that was inserted (can't remember name)and none of these worked.
