Dr. Shalizeh Shokooh: Blood pressure is normal if it is less than 120/80 mm of mercury. So whether it is treated or not and whether you are a woman or a man, your blood pressure should be below that and if it goes beyond that number, a person falls into the pre-hypertensive range.
So for me it is very important that my patient, if they are on medication, women that are on medications, they are treated right and they are in the range of normal range once they are being treated.
