Hi everyone; I want to introduce myself to you. I have been a sufferer of Fibro for 5 years now and with summer approaching, I always get worse. I would like to hear from you folks as to what you might do to help the suffering.

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition characterized by widespread pain in your muscles, ligaments and tendons, as well as fatigue and multiple tender points — places on your body where slight pressure causes pain. The Mayo Clinic reports that fibromyalgia is more common in women than in men. What has been your experience with fibromyalgia?
