You'll notice I put this blog under the category of Mental Health. This time, It's not about yours. Nope. Sorry, it's not. Run. It's not a demand, it's an instruction for better mental health. Of course, I mean my own. You see, when I watch you out there on the streets--especially if I'm in better shape than you :-D (I speak with love!!!) You motivate me. Yup. You motivate me. And I need it, because with all honesty, my pillow wins more often than my running Nike's. So, get out there and get me in shape! That's all, thank you.

You may notice from time to time that everyone and everything around you jump to ungodly levels of annoying. It happens. This is true. How do you fight back? With one minute: (I mean it--60 full seconds!) Read an inspiring Bible passage, meditate (not mediCATE!) ha ha..., smell a tea bag, do wall push-ups, hum (something creative--it doesn't even need to be good,) stretch, laugh out loud, give yourself a neck massage Relax, concentrate on the benefits of being relaxed. : )

Breathe

Some call it a belly breath, others--a yoga breath; still more refer to it as a deep breath. Anyone under the age of 7 just call it breathing. Right around age 7 we all go through a change. No, I'm not suggesting that's when puberty starts. What I am suggesting is that we somehow learn to breathe into our chest. Maybe it's a conscious (or subconscious) realization of our own waistline. I don't know. What I do know, is that we become less efficient. In short: we work harder and gain tension!
