After a serious of bad choices and some dumb mistakes i lost my job and couldn't afford my monthly trips to the orthodontist, (never choose Western Dental) if you don't pay they won't see you... So after a few months my gums were bleeding and my teeth were shifting and I was in tremendous pain.. A friend suggested hydrogen peroxide and after I tried it. it worked wonderfully and my teeth stopped bleeding after a few days. I heard from some people it even helps whitten your teeth. I can't tell with all this metal but I know my teeth are not bleeding and I feel so much better...
Hydrogen Peroxide & Baking Soda
Years ago I worked for a dentist who swore the best toothpaste was Peroxide and baking soda. He suggested keeping a container of baking soda by the sink and dip the toothbrush in the peroxide and then in the baking soda to form a paste. I've been doing it ever since with no regrets. Not to mention how much I save :-)

Hydrogen Peroxide and baking soda for dental care
My darling groom and I also keep these on hand for dental care. Funny how "old fashioned" methods are coming back into "fashion" again, especially with the focus on going green.
smiles :)

Tooth sensitivity
Does anyone know how this affects tooth sensitivity? Do these products improve it?
