I was diagnosed with breast cancer in both breasts and lymph nodes under both arms in August 2006. After completing treatment, my ultrasounds for 2005 are missing. Attempting to locate them, I have heard stories from many women whose mammograms and other radiology records have gone missing after a diagnosis of cancer. These missing records prevent any hope of collecting damages - which is perhaps why they have gone missing!

Things usually go well in the surgery room. Right? Yes, for the most part. But medical mistakes are all too common, causing thousands of deaths in America every year, as well as even more injuries.
One issue is the problem of medical instruments, debris or other objects being left inside the bodies of patients after surgery has been completed.
Almost 5,000 patients have been injured in the last 5 years from having 'medical litter' left in their bodies. 70 people have died.

The U.S. Supreme Court will review a $79.5 million punitive judgment against Marlboro-maker Philip Morris for a third time, the Associated Press reported Monday.
On two previous occasions, the Supreme Court has struck down the award to the family of a Portland, Ore. man who died of lung cancer in 1997 after smoking Marlboro cigarettes since the 1950s.
But Oregon courts have repeatedly upheld the judgment against cigarette maker Philip Morris USA.

Thank you for your questions and comments. Let's look more closely at the impending June 10th issue. We can talk about the pros and cons about vaccines all day long and it won't matter because if we don't click on the link and send our letters now, we stand to lose our freedom to have any choice whatsoever.
Part of my job is to provide education (facts) regarding health issues. I don't usually impose my personal belief system on anyone. But since you asked, Tina, the answers to your questions are 'yes' and 'yes'. It's about health issues AND health freedoms. I will detail:

Friends and Colleagues,
We are facing serious health freedom consequences in the US that have not been mentioned during the nightly news. Please take a moment to look at the attached Health Freedom Alert regarding vaccinations which will, for the first time in US history, make infant and toddler vaccinations MANDATORY. I have researched the rise in number of infant thru 12 year old vaccinations over recent years. The numbers are staggering.

NEWARK, N.J. - Drugmaker Merck & Co. is not liable for the medical monitoring of Vioxx users not claiming injury, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled Wednesday.
The 5-1 ruling by the state's highest court means a class-action lawsuit by people who used the once-popular painkiller will be dismissed. One justice did not participate.

One Vioxx-related verdict against drug maker Merck & Co. was reversed Thursday by an appeals court in Texas, while a Vioxx-related reward was reduced by a New Jersey appeals court.
In Texas, an appeals court scrapped a $26 million verdict awarded to the widow of Robert Ernst, who started taking the painkiller Vioxx eight months before he died in May 2001. The appeals court said there's no evidence that Ernst suffered a fatal heart problems from a blood clot caused by Vioxx, the Associated Press reported.
