Vulvodynia Awareness Campaign
Vulvodynia, also referred to as “the pain down there” or also as “feminine pain,” is chronic discomfort or pain of the vulva, which is the area around the outside of the vagina. Researchers estimate that as many as 18 percent of women will experience symptoms consistent with vulvodynia.

As a Holistic Health and Nutrition Counselor, I work with women who overstressed or have problems with weight gain helping them get healthier and happier naturally.
I am always asked about some tips and I always say:ladies, to feel and look fabulous we need to eat more fiber(fruits, vegetables, grains) and less fat(in junk and processed foods).
There are also some general tips to feel and look better:

Mellanie True Hills felt as if her heart was jumping out of her chest. Patty Borkowski didn’t have any symptoms at all. How would you know if you have the most common irregular heartbeat, atrial fibrillation?
