Hello my name is Cynthia! I am a mother of four children aging in ranges of 26 years to 3 years. I am that 1 in 4 statistic for heart disease. On top of that I have high blood pressure and mitral valve prolapse and another thing wrong with my valve that I am still unclear about.
I went to a cardioligist who basically runs a mill. He never told me what to expect, never told me things I could do. Just very impersonal and felt I was being treated like a obese woman and who cares.
I am glad I have found this site. Looking forward to recieving emails and getting to know other stong women.
