I heard that Flu Mist can help shorten the length of time a person has flu symptoms, or lessens the severity of symptoms (does not cure/prevent flu). Is this true?
Is there something similar to help with cold symptoms, right when you start to feel like you may be getting sick? I know there are tons of cold remedy medicines at the pharmacy, and most of the ingredients make me feel worse than the cold itself, and they do nothing to help the cold go away quicker.

Tim Russert was like a best friend. I'd watch him every Sunday morning, faithfully. It was like having a cup of coffee with a dear friend.
I considered him to be the most reliable anchor on Television today. He was true to himself. He told it like it was and he had a smile that was infectious.
You will be missed by everyone, Tim.
Heavy hearted,
Michelle

How do you know if you have depression or are stressed or just sad? I just read an article that says depression has many factors (social, financial, biological, mental, etc.), which sounds like stress, right?
I thought depression meant there was a chemical imbalance that occurs in someone's body, with no clear 'reason' for why they are depressed. If there is a 'reason', then it is sadness or grief or another condition.
Please help me understand the differences between these three (depression, sadness and stress), thanks.
