In the spirit of money being in the realm of "financial wellness", I am curious about how other families discuss this (sometimes) volatile subject with one another.

A great personal finance columnist for The Wall Street Journal, Jeff Opdyke, writes about "Love & Money", discussing his financial highs and lows, and the impact finances (and talking--or not--about them) have on a relationship.

What do you currently do to improve your financial health?!

I have been thinking about taking a financial seminar, and in my quest to find a class, I thought I would share with you what I found. Many universities, banks, credit unions and government agencies and organizations offer free and low-cost financial educational classes or online templates, on everything from: preparing a budget, saving, investing, creating a business plan, preparing taxes...there is even a course on how to teach your preschooler how to save money...

I didn't pick these from a magazine or anything, and they are probably not the best (and certainly not the only!) ways to go a little green but here are some of the things I do to help me, my family and my environment.
