We all know walking is great exercise. It helps the heart and lungs, it builds strong muscle and it's good for our bones!

It's also a good social activity. We can walk with friends, catch up with our lives and if you are like me, walking can lead in just the opposite direction. It can be a time to be alone, with no-one talking, no little fingers tugging at me and no-one asking me what's for dinner! I can smell the air, listen to the geese and feel the breeze. Just me and me.

I can also feel my waist line getter smaller and my legs becoming leaner. And who doesn't want that benefit?

FRIDAY, June 13 (HealthDay News) -- Just sniffing that first hot cup of coffee in the morning may help ease some stresses you might be feeling, a South Korean trial indicates.

When rats inhaled the aroma of roasted coffee beans, a number of genes were activated, including some that produce proteins with healthful antioxidant activity, the researchers reported.

There's nothing sexier than a man running down the street, flexing his well-toned, sun-kissed biceps ... while pushing a baby in a stroller. I spotted one this morning while taking a walk through my neighborhood. The sight brought an instant smile to my face.

It's right up there with a man fixing a gourmet meal and then washing the dishes. Ooooh.

Come on, ladies, with Father's Day just around the corner and men on the mind ... what's on your list of "There's nothing sexier" ...?
