What's Your Take on Google Health and Health Vault?

On Monday, google began testing its much ballyhooed health records program. It's not exactly a new idea as Microsoft launched a similar program called HealthVault late last year. Proponents argue easy access especially for retirees who may travel throughout the year. Opponents argue privacy concerns. Where do you stand?
