I have Pudendal Neuralgia. I am 25 yrs old and a full time student and mother of two. I have been going through a lot of pointless medications that are getting me nowhere and no relief. I am trying to find out as much information as possible and trying to find a medication or a group of medications that will actually work.

I have a friend that has severe migranes that just started on July 4th of this year. He has symptoms of cluster headaches, sinus disease(don't know what it is yet) on the left side. He works as a mechanical assembler for over 25 years and reads blueprints. He does work with minute details of assemblies from blueprints.
He has been to and from the doctors and they seem to have no idea what the problem might be. He maybe had headaches twice a year prior to July 4th.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks for any help.

I hit my head on a kitchen cabinet two days ago and have a headache since. I read online that sometimes concussions can disappear in a few days -- which hasn't happened -- but I'd hate to go to the doctor so he can tell me to rest. (Hey, I know that.) Any ideas on what I can do would be most appreciated.

Every now and then, for no apparent reason (emphasis on "apparent"), I feel an annoying, painful, pins and needles sensation in my big toe. It's usually only one toe, usually my left big toe, that gets this.
Doing a search online, I found all sorts of possibilities. But, I really didn't fit any of the symptoms. My symptoms are momentary, sudden, annoying and painful. Of the possible causes, a lower back problem fit the best.
Has anyone ever felt anything like this? Did you consult a chiropractor or neurologist? Which helped?

I came across this article on MSN.com:
Cigarette sales in the United States have declined in recent years, but sales of non-cigarette tobacco products have risen and offset the decline in cigarette sales by 30 percent, a Harvard School of Public Health study finds.
Read the full story: Decline in Cigarette Sales Offset by Use of Alternative Products Low taxes on substitute tobacco items keep addiction affordable, study says.

I have horrible headaches around my period. Am I OK? Do most women get headaches like these? Or am I just one of a lucky few?

I'm wondering about medical marijuana and the complications it can give patients waiting for transplants.
Doctors believe that medical marijuana may relieve pain, and increase appetite, amongst other benefits, but because it is still a drug with some risks, is actually preventing patients on organ waiting lists from receiving a transplant.
They believe that marijuana can affect the immune system and may hinter recovery in the crucial days after surgery. And being a natural plant, it may contain germs like aspergillosis that can cause respitory distress and pneumonia.
